Bio:
UmeƄ , Sweden , from 2009. Currently, she is working on a population dynamics model of ticks and tick-borne viruses and spatial modeling of grass patch size distributions in semi-arid landscapes.
Research interests: Nonlinear dynamics of ecological systems; mechanistic understanding of how interactions among organisms and between organisms and environment create interesting patterns in time and/or space; mathematical and statistical modeling; studying the role of space in ecological processes and evolution; applications of theoretical understanding of ecological systems to conservation and resource management
